Vet bill costs are based on Fetch claims data from puppies with annual policy terms between 1.1.2024 – 12.31.2024, where the dogs are 0-2 years of age. Fetch paid back is based on a policy configuration of an unlimited max annual payout, an annual deductible of $500 where the deductible may or may not have been met and a reimbursement rate of 90%.
